At the 2026 BILD Awards, Kaneff Group was proud to present the Ignat Kaneff Inspiration Award to Andrei Sosnovsky, Founder and CEO of SOSNA.

Andrei’s story reflects those very principles.

In 1996, Andrei arrived in Canada as a young immigrant seeking opportunity and a better future. What began as a construction job evolved into an extraordinary entrepreneurial journey. Drawing on the knowledge and experience he gained on the job site, Andrei founded SOSNA – an award-winning boutique design and residential renovation firm that has been a proud member of BILD for 13 years.

While his professional accomplishments are impressive, what truly sets Andrei apart is his commitment to people. Through mentorship, talent development, and creating opportunities for others to grow both personally and professionally, he has demonstrated that great leadership is measured by the impact we have on those around us.
