Congratulations to Debbie Cosic, Founder & CEO of In2ition Realty, the recipient of the inaugural Ignat Kaneff Inspiration Award at the 2022 Bild Awards (pictured above with the In2ition & Kaneff teams).

Debbie Cosic cares deeply about mentorship and the building of careers in the industry. Many of her company’s senior leadership team, which is all female, started out in junior roles in the company. She motivates and encourages her team members to grow their skills and their networks, and she leads by example by volunteering on boards of organizations like BILD and Artscape. Debbie is committed to contributing to her community. As a Canadian with Croatian roots, she actively supports the Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce. Her company has provided $90,000 in financial assistance for students.

The many other not-for-profit organizations supported by Debbie Cosic include NIA Technologies, The Shoebox Project for Women, Habitat for Humanity, We Love You Connie Foundation and the St. Martin Secondary School Scholarship Fund.
